Anti-collapse mesh

Assembling anti-collapse mesh

During installation, they are mounted using a brick-laying technique to achieve maximum stability.

We have developed a unique bracket for the safety panels that securely clips the panel in place. This design ensures that the panel cannot fall out under pressure from either the inside or outside. However, it can easily be unclipped if you wish to remove the panel.

The panels feature 'wire ladders' along the long sides, providing multiple options for interconnecting them. We have focused on making the installation process as simple as possible, as this significantly impacts the overall cost of the safety barriers. By saving time during installation, you are likely to be even more satisfied with our products—and of course, we want our installers to be happy too!

Metal shelf construction

When do you use anti-collapse mesh (back mesh)?

Back mesh are used to prevent items from falling off pallet racks. They’re installed at the back of the rack and keep goods from tumbling down. Typically, they’re mounted a little way out from the rack using brackets, so pallets can extend slightly beyond the rack itself. Brackets come in various sizes, with 150 mm being the most common.

Post extenders:

If you’ve got items that stick out above your pallet rack and you want to keep them from toppling over, we can extend the safety net higher than the rack itself using post extenders. These are bolted directly into the rack’s uprights for extra protection.

Side mesh

These nets can also be used as side protection on racks, usually screwed directly into the frame. If you need more information, feel free to get in touch!
